Fitness Planning and Coaching 
Our advisors and coaches develop fitness plans to meet your personal goals based on your health and fitness baselines. Coaches provide continuous monitoring, modifications and accountability, which are integral parts of the health management process. Clients receive a customized plan that maps out their health and fitness for the long-term which helps them achieve the goals most meaningful to them. 
 
Goals
Clients are educated in the goal setting process. It is the coaches responsibility to assist clients in defining and prioritizing their goals and in developing a progressive program.
 
Clients
Health management is a specialty of fitness planning and as such, our primary concern and allegiance is to our client. However, we cannot successfully assist a client without his or her full cooperation. The planning process must be at least as important to our client as it is to us. Our success is measured by our clients success in achieving their health and fitness goals.
 
Customized
We believe that a fitness plan should be written and customized to the needs of the client. It should describe our clients specific goals and discuss any contraindications. As a member of your health team we provide health, fitness and wellness recommendations specific to your needs.
 
Professional Referrals
While Triad Fitness Advisors enjoys the position of making general observations and recommendations in areas associated within our specialty, we will make referrals to those professionals whose skills become needed for implementation of the wellness planning and management process. For instance, while we are skilled at general coaching, fitness planning, and health management it may also require the services of other health and medical professionals to complete the planning process and subsequent management. We have a short list of "preferred professionals" that based on our experience, are highly skilled and proven in their areas of expertise.
 
Coaches
As professional coaches we empower individuals with the tools to take more responsibility for their health and are committed to provide the resources to do so in a time saving and cost effective manner. Our advisors and coaches are uniquely qualified to integrate the skills and talents of fitness planning with experience, education, knowledge and resources for the benefit of our clients.
 
On-Going Monitoring
We believe that there should be a regular review of a clients situation to determine progress towards goals. Clients must keep in mind that health management is for a lifetime-your life is your time frame not the reunion this summer.
