Fitness Advising takes place in a professional relationship, in which the advisor harnesses the client’s strengths, skills and resources to help him or her clarify, focus and implement goal-directed strategies. An empowering advisory relationship nourishes insight, challenges limits, increases self-confidence, generates commitment and inspires excellence. Advising is guided by the scope of the client’s vision and his or her readiness for action.

Doctor's consistently prescribe exercise to their patients, but without the staff expertise to design exercise programs for patients, and without the time for patient follow-ups with regard to an exercise regimen. Our advisors develop fitness plans to meet your personal goals based on your health 
and fitness baselines. Education and understanding of your current health and fitness baselines is vital to the successful planning and management of your overall health. You can't manage for improvement if you don't measure to see what is getting better and what isn't. Clients are then directed to the appropriate professionals to achieve fitness goals. We have a short list of "preferred professionals" that based on our experience, are highly skilled and proven in their areas of expertise.

On-Going Monitoring
Clients must keep in mind that health management is for a lifetime. We provide a regular review of assessments and baselines every 12 weeks to determine progress toward goals. Our success is measured by our clients success in achieving their health and fitness goals.
